The Hong Kong Listed Company Papers Collection is made up of more than 30,000 documents arising from the issue of new shares, derivative warrants and debt securities, mergers and takeovers, repurchase of shares, company reorganization, etc., released by Hong Kong listed companies and financial institutions to the general public. It reflects not only the activities of listed companies but also the overall economic conditions of Hong Kong since the 1940s. These documents are available in either print or electronic formats since the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong began to provide company documents in CDs in 1997. Intended to facilitate the retrieval of documents in the collection, this index will be updated regularly to keep users abreast of new additions. About the project
